Elise Racing have an installation package to suit all Lotus Elise and Exige models but have decided recently to focus on the later model vehicles which have more advanced electronic systems such as: abs braking and built in wheel sensors. This allows simple installation of the Elise Racing H Pro ecu giving the user a far more powerful electronics package. The H-Pro plugs directly into the car's loom and the Honda engine negating the need for an unreliable adaptor loom. The powerful H-Pro ecu then communicates with the cars can bus system including data from the abs system for accurate switchable race bred traction control, the standard dash can be used or replaced, the calibration of the fuel tank for cars with larger fuel tank becomes a simple job.  The list of advantages is endless including such features as engine protection should the driver miss a high temperature or low oil pressure all the way through to full sequential gearbox control including airshift and paddle control if the car is fitted with a racing sequential gearbox. Other advantages include far more flexibility in tuning, for instance the K20 engine benefits well from throttle bodies replacing the standard inlet manifold, the Elise Racing H-Pro can be setup in minutes to be mapped for throttle bodies.
