S65 Engine building with a variety of configurations all backed up with our advanced race ecu developed with Syvecs Powertrain and conrol.

Engines available with HRE En40 crankshafts including 84mm long stroke units and also available in flat plane format. This allows capacity of up to 4.6 litres with 94mm bore.

Also available with the HRE cast alloy dry sump system allowing a vacuum of up to 7psi. The casting also allows fitment of the dry sump pump on either side of the engine and the alternator can be located on either side of the engine.

Variable timing is usually retained on all engine configurations to enable maximum torque throughout thew whole rpm range. Engines are built with an understanding of the VVT system allowing even the most aggressive cam profiles to be used with safety.

The HRE ecu also allows integration of all gearboxes including DCT and sequential dog engagenment gearboxes, The ecu also retains the BSD oil level sensor on wet sump engines. The original BMW engine harness can be used without modification or can be replaced with a race loom.
